Model 3550 is the largest standard platform trailer at 5m x 2m. Although the body length can be increased to 6.7m and the width to 2.1m or 2.3m. Furthermore three axles can also be fitted. But any increase in unladen weight will reduce the payload within the 3500kg maximum legal gross weight
All trailers in the platform trailer range are fully galvanised, and have Avonride fully independent rubber suspension axles and a hydraulically damped hitch with a lockable cast coupling and power assisted hand brake.
Standard equipment includes a phenol coated plywood floor, flush fitting side rails with post sockets tying rails and strapping points, spare wheel, a front telescopic jockey wheel and full road lights.
